Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
14 ounces Sahtein coconut macaroon
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 jumbo eggs (egg whites only at room temperature)
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl mix the vanilla, coconut and condensed milk
Using an electric whisk mixer whip the egg whites and salt until you make firm medium peaks
Softly fold the egg whites into your large bowl with the vanilla, coconut and condensed milk
Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper and use 2 teaspoons to drop your mixture
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
